Surfers directly overlooks the sea and beach.
It is set in its own grounds with ample grassed areas for the children to play in. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. There is a large bay windowed open plan living and dining room. This has a wood burning, LCD colour television, iPod dock and fantastic views of Polzeath Bay.
The kitchen is all electric with cooker/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Surfers has three bedrooms, one with a double bed en-suite, the second with double bed and third with two single beds, all are fitted with duvets. A large en-suite fourth bedroom with double and single bed is available by arrangement.
The large bathroom has a shower, WC and full sized bath. There is also a separate cloakroom/WC.
Most rooms have sea views.
